CHINA RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION LIMITED • QATAR BRANCH DEPUTY HSE MANAGER with ROADS QATAR The Deputy Occupational Health Safety and Security Manager require a minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in managing health, safety & security on major international and local construction sites, of which the last Five (5) years shall include experience in major international/regional Roads, Infrastructure and Drainage projects. This position requires the ability and skill to communicate with all nationalities. Minimum education requirements are a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent, plus Professional OHS Qualification by Examination (NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA 30 hours), Management Qualification preferred certified as BS OSHAS 18001 lead auditor, implementation and continues improvement, Relevant Training Attendance.
