About us:

We are a growing agency that helps businesses from different industries scale. Our team members are resultsdriven individuals who like to move fast get the job done and have fun doing it.

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented personalities to join our Call Center Department. The primary responsibility for this role is to contact potential customers via a phone call generate interest and settle demo appointments. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills a persuasive attitude and the ability to effectively engage with prospects over the phone.

How your day will look like:
  • Promoting and marketing business and its products through extensive and persistent communication via cold calling & emails to prospective clients
  • Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the Sales Team
  • Providing indepth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of 80 calls per day
  • Working together with the managment towards growing a specific sales territory
  • Working together with the managment to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region
  • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects/events
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in CRM

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has great communication & negotiation skills
  • Is fluent in both English & Arabic languages
  • Has great selforganizational skills
  • Is a patient and goaloriented personality
  • Not nessesary has a prior experience
How will we know you re doing a great job:

You meet or overachive monthly targets for booked appointments

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role.
  • Great interpersonal communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Patient and friendly personality
  • Proven record of met targets
  • Great selforganizational skills
