Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Associate Manager of Corporate Communication. In this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our corporate communication strategy. The ideal candidate is a seasoned communication professional with experience in the FMCG sector possesses excellent communication skills and is adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Proficient in researching and composing articles for company on international days and events.

Effective communication skills with stakeholders including delivering speeches creating presentations and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Manage and enhance the companys brand image through effective communication across various channels.

Create and edit content for press releases speeches internal communications and other corporate materials.

Foster positive relationships with media outlets influencers and key stakeholders to secure positive coverage and manage crisis communication effectively.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and communication across the organization.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Organize and coordinate corporate events press conferences and product launches.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Communication Public Relations Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in corporate communication preferably within the FMCG industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies.

Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.

Crisis communication experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
