• Develop our routines and put in place a structure where we improve our deliveries at all stages.
• Participate in recruitment processes so that we get hold of the best people.
• Work handson with tailoring in WordPress in customerrelated projects.
• Be a link between our external and internal development teams.
• Contribute to us delivering the best solutions in the industry with a focus on high performance and security.

• Knows WordPress inside and out and knows how to get the most out of the platform.
• Just as good at pure PHP as WordPress.
• Good knowledge of frontend development and CSS.
• Development tools (Git/npm/JavaScriptbundler/etc.
