The role:

• Home Manager position at a circa 50-bed home that provides nursing and dementia care.
• As Home Manager, you will lead the team to address any issues and empower them to turn things around.
• You will lead the staff team in a confident manner, to ensure that tasks are effectively delegated and completed to a high standard, making sure that person-centered care is maintained at all times.

• You are a qualified nurse.
• You will be a strong leader who has gained experience working in a management capacity for a similar size home that provides residential care.
• You will have a good track record of achieving good outcomes with CQC.
• With a passion for providing the highest quality of care and support, you will have the ability to inspire and inspire others to ensure that the residents remain at the heart of everything.
• Most importantly, you will have a real passion for care and ensuring the highest standards across the board.
