The Project Execution department is responsible for offering and executing turnkey projects The scope of activities begins at the preproject stage and concludes with commissioning coinciding with the start of the plants commercial operation The primary role of the project execution is to construct a turnkey project by coordinating the various components of the plant to be delivered to the client This involves allocating and defining the scope of services requesting prices negotiating contracts and building and starting the plant with different partners Some components will be the responsibility of entities within the group while others will fall under the responsibility of external partners or subcontractors In this context the Montage Supervisor fulfills the responsibilities listed below as the representative on the clients site

• Project monitoring and technical coordination with various stakeholders on site (client technical team subcontractors temporary association partners)
• Supervision of onsite activities in compliance with assembly requirements from a safety quality technical scheduling and financial perspective
• Participate in the constructability review of the project
• Ensure compliance with safety rules on the site
• Issue work permits in accordance with best practices and the sites safety rules
• Maintain daily communication between the company and the client onsite during the construction phase
• Supervise construction activities onsite including installation of electromechanical equipment and electrical works
• Coordinate activities among various stakeholders onsite
• Establish projectspecific assembly procedures (method statement) in collaboration with onsite subcontractors and the health and safety prevention advisor
• Inspect works and document these inspections
• Create nonconformity reports and a list of nonconformities
• Organize and document site coordination meetings
• Control the condition of delivered equipment onsite from a qualitative and quantitative perspective
• Monitor progress against the construction schedule (reporting)
• Ensure adherence to the construction schedule by various stakeholders

Profile

• years of experience in monitoring construction projects during onsite execution

• Proficiency in English Fluency in German is an asset

• Autonomous profile capable of taking initiatives and working in a team with multiple interfaces related to various areas of expertise

• Ability to manage a variable workload

• Ability to manage subcontracted work

• Interest in technical matters
