This person is directly responsible for coordinating labor to meet customer requirements, maintain a high-quality fleet, and ensure accurate accounting processes within service centers by performing the duties personally or through the team. - a critical role in ensuring we partner in the Energy Transition.

What you'll do:
- Manages the team in prioritizing all labor scheduling activities to meet the customer's needs and maintain a high-quality fleet.
- Change Management and process improvement
- Cross Functional leadership experience (operations, sales, logistics etc.)
- Leads the team in delivering world-class customer service, resulting in measurable high-level customer satisfaction.
- Acts daily, having safety as a critical priority for our business, employees, customers, and contractors.
- Ability to use Field Service Lightning and M3; and analyze their reports to utilize workforce group better and share resources from the workforce across the different areas within the BU to reduce subcontractor costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborates and builds strong relationships with the operations team to build cross-team effectiveness and removes organizational barriers to teamwork and collaboration in the delivery of labor resource requirements.
- Responsible for personnel, including activities involving recruitment, orientation, personal development, discipline, and team building.
- Drives improvements to deliver world-class customer service and best-in-class process efficiency.
We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:
- You will have at least five years of experience in operations and management in the rental or utilities industry.
- Proven experience in technical problem solving, working alongside the field & shop schedulers to resolve issues as they arise throughout the day.
- Successful track record and experience in leading operational functions driving consistent improvement in key operational metrics.
- Successful experience in financial management against measurable performance standards, leading/managing an Operations Team.
- Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
