The purpose of this request is to procure Project Management/Analyst services for ODOT DMV Transportation Safety Office - TSO). The SGMS (Safety Grants Management System) Replacement project is in the Implementation Phase and needs to work directly with ODOT DMV TSO staff and the software vendor. The primary tasks the contractor shall perform are as follows:

Analyze and document the various ODOT Safety Grants Management System system, processes, databases and document the AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and technology.

Collaborate and document TSO customers' needs, requirements, and work with contracted software vendor Smart Simple/Resolved to implement the cloud based system already procured..

Provide support and documentation for unit, system, and user acceptance testing.

Provide TSO business implementation support.
