We are looking for a National Head- Business Development for a Fintech Platform. This is a new initiative by a top NBFC successfully operating since 2011.
Job Profile:
Drive partnerships business with financial services, affiliates, lead aggregators and fintech marketplace partners across unsecured & secured products.
Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them and accountable for delivery on business from each of the partners.
Bring partners on board / Due Diligence / Review end to end business model off Partner / Evaluate feasibility / Decide on Partnerships
Ensure policy alignment with Partners and set up Process along with Service ops team
Work with legal team to close contracts and Work with tech / product to go live
GTM and scale up
Constantly engage and evaluate partners performance
Tweak policy / scorecards wherever required
Use learnings to constantly evolve products / business models
Requirements:
5-10 years of Business/Partnership Development experience with a Fintech/NBFC.
Must have 0-1 or 1-10 team scaling experience
Must have knowledge on updated Digital Lending Guidelines and how are they implemented
Must have experience with GTM for a new product or Market, Building Processes, building partnership Playbook
