Attention all *social media insight* gurus! We're on the hunt for a *Social Media Insights Director* (up to 80k; hybrid in London). If you eat, sleep, and breathe social media, and have a knack for turning data into insights, then we want to hear from you.

We are looking for Social Media Insights Director with extensive experience designing and running end-to-end social listening and analytics projects.

The Social Insights team is crucial to the agencys success, generating the social insight around which they create long-term social strategies.

This role is part of the agencys broader push to elevate its world-class strategic consulting offering, integrating social data into the broader marketing mix.

You will be a proven thought leader, keen to represent the company externally with clients, in the press and to the wider industry.

You will be able to demonstrate the use of innovative social listening methodologies that feed into strategic consulting & research projects and clearly explain social effectiveness via social listening to non-experts.

You also are familiar with the leading social listening tools to generate insight, such as Brandwatch (preferred), Netbase, Pulsar etc.

Beyond social listening, you should have an excellent view and experience of wider market research methodologies and a good understanding of where social data can play a role in that mix.

Excellent grasp of quantitative research, data planning, manipulating large data sets, and data visualisation are essential.
