Responsibilities of a Research Officer include:
- Designing and executing research projects
- Collecting and analyzing data through surveys and other research methods
- Interpreting research findings and providing recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
- Staying updated on industry trends and new research methods and technologies
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Providing support to senior researchers and research managers
- Developing research skills and knowledge
- Manage and supervise research projects and teams
- Prepare and deliver presentations on research findings
- Develop and maintain research databases

Requirements
- Bachelors or masters degree in a related field such as business, marketing, statistics, or social sciences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and develop research skills and knowledge
- Proficient in using statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python is a plus
- Experience in a software as a service (SaaS) or technology company is a plus
- Experience in project management
- Experience in supervising research teams
