Requirements

• Required 15+ years of program / project management experience in the areas of planning, managing and leading all phases of diverse SAP S/4 HANA in a multi technology and vendor environment
  
• Must have specific experience in business transformation consulting, project delivery and integration management
  
• Experience in developing and managing client business strategies for multimillion-dollar projects and teams, aligning to the business goals with technology solutions
  
• Experience in documenting and driving process improvements, by giving a competitive advantage to the bottom-line gains through thought leadership, management consulting, and business transformation through system / application rationalization
  
• Strong technical, business and financial acumen to communicate with client executives effectively and their respective teams
  
• Experience in using multiple program / project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum and waterfall
  
• Experience in managing large teams working effectively with onsite resources
  
• Previous work experience in the Big 4 transformation consulting firms
  
• Very Good Communication Skills
  

Responsibilities:

• Required Program and Project Management of enterprise-wide systems consisting of Implementation / migrations / Integrations, with responsibilities including Leading teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines
  
• Maintaining the teams focus on the business objectives and tracking progress to ensuring timely completion of project milestones, on budget and with the desired results
  
• Strong in Business & IT Planning, ROI Analysis, Costing & Budgeting, Project Scheduling,Testing/QA/Rollout/Support, Data Migration including definition, cleansing and conversion, Risk and Issue Management
  
• Defining / Adopting processes and tools best suited to each project
  
• Process consulting experience includes Business Transformation, Process Consulting, Solution Architecting, and Integration management
