Open Position: General Manager, China (Regional Precision Manufacturing Company)

A Regional Precision Manufacturing Company is looking for General Manager to lead the business in China, including two manufacturing plants and one sales

Key requirements include:

Main responsibility to work with group manufacturing and quality team to implement world class manufacturing best

Responsible for the P&L of the plant and drive continuous process improvement to achieve cost

Oversee production, procurement, planning, warehousing, engineering and

Develop and move strategy to grow profitability and meet financial

Build new relationships with clients and maintain relationship with current

Oversee the Sales team in the

Liaise with regional plants for semi finished goods to the

Strong Engineering background, especially in precision manufacturing and customizable products (foam and elastomer)

Strong consumer products market

Possess strong business

More than 15 years in Manufacturing background, preferably from contract manufacturing, electronic components, hard disk, aerospace or automotive

Malaysian/Singaporean who had lived and worked in China for at least 10

Bachelor s Degree in
