- Identify the current MoSD software, operating systems and licenses.
- Conduct 175 field visits to MoSD centres and directorates across Jordan (41 directorates, 28 centres for community development, 32 administrative offices, 17 centres for rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, 2 centres for the care of children, 8 centres for the rehabilitation of Juveniles, 2 centres for the care of adult beggars, 1 centre for the protection of abused women, and 1 family-care organization for children, 7 social service offices in the Family Protection Department and its associated departments, 3 social service offices in juvenile prisons in police stations, and 9 social service offices in rehabilitation centres, 3 social offices in juvenile courts and 4 juvenile reform offices in police offices).
