Lead Corporate Development, M&A Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned CFO to join our leadership team and lead our acquisition strategy. Someone who has done it several times in the past in software development and/or IT services sector and who can execute it end-to-end.

You will work with

• Support M&A and investment opportunities through negotiation, execution, and due diligence, including financial modeling and valuation
  

• Creating materials for upper-level management
  

• Consolidating, modeling, and projecting out a company s future financial performance
  

• Performing financial and strategic analysis on potential future investments
  

• Assisting in the creation of materials for quarterly Investment Committee meetings
  

• Assist with identifying potential M&A opportunities, performing preliminary research
  

Our team is looking for someone who has

• Master s degree in Business, Finance, Management or Accounting;
  

• 2-3 years experience in Corporate Development / M&A / Investment banking in the technology industry
  

• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  

• Ability to perform and adapt in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
  

• Exceptional problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
  

• Commitment to professional and personal growth
  

• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work with speed and accuracy
