Tasks

1. SIP Routing development

2. Asterisk Communication Framework development

3. Voice Technical presales

4. Contribution to the Technical Product roadmap

5. Operational & support tasks (mainly escalations)

6. Deploy and configure new Voice and Video related services.

7. Analyze SIP Traces and flows to optimize and debug any issue.

8. Enhance Voice and video platform architecture.

9. Propose new ideas, improve strategies both commercial and technology-wise.

Requirements

Degree in Computer science, Telecoms Engineering or similar

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Voice / VoIP area

Knowledge of Asterisk Communication Framework

Good knowledge of networking

Good knowledge of Linux based operating systems (CentOS or Debian)

Good organizational and project management skills

Good analytical skills

Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Other languages, like spanish or french are welcome

Eager to learn and willing to teach

Positive and problem-solving mindset.
