Tasks

Planning, controlling, coordination,
monitoring and implementation of development-relevant processes, manufacturing
and analytical procedures in radiopharmaceutical development.

Performing radioactive and
non-radioactive syntheses

Documentation of development,
testing and validation in accordance with the requirements for pharmaceutical
manufacturing authorizations

Preparation, planning and execution
of all production-related and documentary processes

Compiling and assembling documentation
in his/her area of responsibility

Involvement in the transfer of
development results into clinical trial partners

Compiling supplies for delivery to
collaboration partners

Support in the installation and
qualification activities to remodel the laboratory areas

Planung, Steuerung, Koordination, berwachung
und Implementierung entwicklungsrelevanter Prozesse-, Herstellungs- und
Analyseverfahren in der radiopharmazeutischen Entwicklung.

Durchf hrung radioaktiver und nicht-radioaktiver
Synthesen

Dokumentation der Entwicklung, Pr fung und
Validierung gem den Anforderungen f r pharmazeutische Herstellungsverfahren

Vorbereitung, Planung und Durchf hrung aller
produktionsbezogenen und dokumentarischen Prozesse

Erstellung und Zusammenstellung von
Dokumentationen im Verantwortungsbereich

Beteiligung am Transfer von
Entwicklungsergebnissen in klinische Studienpartner

Zusammenstellung von Materialien f r die
Lieferung an Kooperationspartner

Unterst tzung bei den Installations- und
Qualifizierungsaktivit ten zum Umbau der Laborbereiche

Requirements

Ideal: Qualification/degree and significant industrial
experience in radiopharmaceutical development, handling of radioactive
substances

Minimum: Experience in pharmaceutical development in early or
late-stage drug substances and products with adequate educational training

Languages: Fluent English is a must. German is a plus.

Experience:

Instrument-based analytics

Chromatography e.g. High-performance
liquid chromatography, Thin-layer chromatography

Spectroscopy e.g.
Ultraviolet visible spectroscopy

Spectrometry e.g. mass spectrometry

Other e.g. pH, conductivity,
water-content, oxygen-content

Capabilities for operation and user
programming of computer-controlled systems

Ideal: Berufsabschluss als CTA oder
PTA und umfangreiche Industrieerfahrung in der radiopharmazeutischen
Entwicklung, Erfahrung im Umgang mit radioaktiven Stoffen.

Minimum: Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen
Entwicklung von Arzneimittelsubstanzen und - produkten im Fr h- oder
Sp tstadium mit entsprechender Ausbildung

Sprache: Flie endes
Englisch ist ein Muss, Deutsch ein Plus.
