Marketing Pro - Growth Hacker

Onescreener is a digital tool that helps content creators and Instagram natives build new economic opportunities for themselves. With our latest additional social-commerce feature, the creators will be able to sell their digital or physical products or services through the cool and highly-performing digital single pager, growing their revenues. To boost our growth and market penetration in Europa, we are looking for a highly motivated Grwoth Hacker.

Tasks

• Define and direct marketing campaigns for demand creation, lead generation and for lead tracking and management.
• Develop and manage the entire marketing budget.
• Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
• Developing landing pages and ads.
• Lead content marketing initiatives.
• Ensure that marketing strategies are embedded within product roadmaps, communications plans and project delivery.
• Partner with artists, musicians and influencers to define an appropriate narrative that will accompany Onescreener as it is presented to our audiences across different channels.
• Build a growth loop with Onescreener.

Requirements

• Your track record of having successfully scaled one or more B2C companies.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in marketing (B2C) with a data-driven growth mindset (required) Experience with SEO, social media, A/B Testing, automated marketing, Tracking, Analytics, paid and organic traffic acquisition.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Experience with effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Results-driven and get s*** done personality.
• A growth mindset!
