Commercial Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of marketing and sales for all urban development sectors.
• Designing and preparing marketing and sales plans for urban projects that suit the needs of customers and according to the region Geographical and target customers category according to the nature of the project.
• Technical and training reference for the field of marketing, sales and customer service for all those working in this field in the company
• Participate in the implementation of market studies and research in cooperation with the Business Development Manager.
• Building a strategy for relationships with potential customers to expand sales opportunities for each product (project).
• Constant access to the urban development market to learn the latest techniques and methods of urban promotion and marketing
