Production Planner

Responsibilities:

• Generate Monthly, Weekly, and Daily production plans based on the available orders in hand and production capacity available
• Provide the delivery commitment to the Sales department for every order based on available material or incoming material accordingly to the warehouse.
• Follow up all the Job orders with production.
• Ensures the proper document flow and control to execute Job Plans and Job Cards.
• Production plans for all sections of the plant to ensure the delivery of the final product to the customer on the agreed dates.
• Maintain the functioning of the production process through production planning for all sections.
• Ensure finish orders punctually through follow up the implementation of the production plan with other departments by telephone and daily follow up on the sections.
• Business Plan shipping day and send forecast monthly to dispatch.
• Respond to Sales Department customers’ order dates within 48 hours of the date of receipt of the order (export / Local).
• Facilitate the production process and make sure that no downtime by overcoming obstacles and solving problems related to production.
• Stand on the rates of production in order to raise production and productivity through data analysis productivity weekly, monthly and yearly.
• Responsible for solving all the problems related to the department.
• Make a weekly report of all the problems and work-related points and send it to the direct manager to alert the management of undue delays in the production process caused by various reasons
• targeted v/s actual performance in all production activities.
