Responsibilities
• Filling the gaps between the different technology teams and acting as a link between them to reach the best E2E customer journey.
• Interface with all technology teams to influence and impose quality standards.
• Analyze Data/Voice benchmarking campaigns conducted to assess Orange network performance compared to the competitor.
• Prepare fully detailed report from point of view (voice quality analysis, dropped calls, blocked calls, throughput analysis ,etc.) for each measurement conducted.
• Monitor NTRA reports and analyze the reported violation sent from the NTRA to prevent penalties.
• Starting new initiatives & projects that focus on enhancing the network QoS
• Setup/calibrate internal tools measurements to guarantee measurement quality and efficiency.
• Actively creates a challenging environment that encourages decision making, personal ownership, teamwork and accountability at all levels
• Identifies subordinates' development needs and sets personal development plan including required relevant trainings & on job coaching
• Generate, prepare & submit sufficient quality reports including all the required analysis in each field that will provide a clear visibility of the network performance for top management.
