Bi & Enterprise Reporting

Responsibilities
• Define the needs of corporate and management as they relate to information reporting, analysis, and distribution, and then using the resources of the data warehouse to deliver solutions that meet or exceed these expectations.
• Responsible for executing business intelligence vision through the design and oversight of the DWH, the development, deployment, and adoption of BI and reporting tools and the delivery of reporting and analytical solutions to key stakeholders.
• Determine direction of recruiting, training and development plans for the team.
• Work closely with Data Management and data source owners to ensure quality data are propagated to the DWH model(s) on time and with the right quality
• ensure CVM pre/post analytics and segmentation needs are delivered precisely and on Time.
• Manage, develop, and grow a team of Business Intelligence Engineers and analytic professionals.
• Lead the BI & reporting teams to deliver all reporting requests and create actionable business insights to answer business questions, drive business decisions.
• Set business intelligence roadmap; prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business.
• Main responsible to modernize BI and data visualization technologies and to ensure being up-to-date with new value-add solutions.
• Present analysis and recommendations to internal top Management, using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic change.
• Collaborate with product management, software engineering, IT/technology solution owners, and data engineering leaders to design and develop information management capabilities.
• Define key business metrics, and build automated dashboards and self-service analytic capabilities.
• Build & maintain relevant reporting Models and presentation layers on DWH.
• Monitor and optimize reports/query run times, and ensure BI reporting quality and data confidence.
