- You are also going to br Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts br Assist with processing the monthly Payroll using an HR System br Handling the employee onboarding amp offboarding process br Maintain and update employee records legal documents and other personnel matters efficiently and confidentially br Ensure applicable laws regulations IHG policies and procedures and agreements are followed in relation to Grievance and Disciplinary procedures br Organizing National celebrations and parties br Schedule interviews meetings and HR events br Maintain confidentiality on all matters br Comply with the Company s Corporate Code of Conduct
