- Oversees all operational aspects related to a major geographical region (e.g. Central Region, Western Region, Eastern Region) or to a category of services within Catering (food or non-food) Provides technical input for the preparation of tender packages
- Accountable for delivering all catering projects in his scope of responsibility within the agreed budget and minimizing deviations from the Catering Divisions efficiency standards
- Accountable for the optimization of resources (financial, human, equipment, etc.) within his scope of responsibility
- Accountable for the provision of active support to the Operations Management team during project launch planning, including the provision of project launch training to project staff
