الوصف الوظيفي
- Establish and recommend priority repair to the Chief Engineer.
- Examine areas of the mall on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Plan and oversee all HVAC related maintenance and repair work and develop an efficient system for dealing with emergency.
- Monitor general repairs to Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning and general mechanical areas.
- Participate in the general cleaning and maintenance of the property.
- Order materials as needed and make recommendations of supplies and equipment for purchase with the approval of Chief Engineer and maintain necessary inventories.
- Perform HVAC maintenance work and emergency repair services as necessary / required.
- Conduct an ongoing program of general maintenance, upkeep, and repair with maintenance staff.
- Maintain records and prepare reports
- Be actively involved in Fitout inspection in coordination with RDD & Chief Engineer
- Handle the investor / customer complaints within the timeline
- Maintain the HVAC store inventory in coordination with Store Keep & concerned Engineer
- Mentor staff to enhance their quality output
