- Gathering information from different sources, breaking them down into parts outlining critical relationships.
- Possessing knowledge of various auditing tools and techniques used, and validate processes and procedures within own scope of work, and capable of utilizing this knowledge in proposing improvements of current auditing practices.
- Monitoring key performance indicator of Zain’s core processes and reporting inadequate progression; in order to achieve and sustain excellence.
- Performing Quality visits to Zain branches to assess adherence to Quality and Information Security standards as per the need and yearly roadmap.
- Testing, validating and simulating solutions before their launch to ensure successful application.
