1. Communicate and coordinate frequently with other departments within the organization to ensure the proper delivery of items.
2. Study, review, and divide new projects into packages to be distributed amongst the team.
3. Update the weekly progress plan report daily and compare the plan against the actual data.
4. Follow up with the tender department to be updated on all the offers that were sent to the subcontractors. 5. Coordinate with the planning department regarding updates of the project to plan for the needed items.
6. Follow up with the purchasing department on the availability of the items needed to be purchased and get recommendations on the supplier to work with.
7. Prepare the technical part of contracts to be submitted with the final draft of the contract.
8. Follow up on the delivery of materials until they arrive at the site.
