Quality Engineer QC

At dream com, a leading Human Resources Services company based in Cairo, Egypt, we are seeking a Quality Engineer QC to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services through meticulous quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and implement the project quality management system, including quality plans and control procedures

2. Organize and conduct material inspections, in-process quality control, and final product acceptance

3. Perform quality inspections and on-site supervision for critical construction activities, issuing inspection reports

4. Coordinate specialized quality inspections and defect prevention initiatives, ensuring closure of corrective actions

5. Liaise on quality matters with clients, PMC consultants, and third-party inspection agencies

6. Manage project quality documentation, prepare reports, and conduct quality trend analysis

7. Participate in quality reviews of suppliers and subcontractors, overseeing their process quality performance

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

- 5+ years of quality management experience in chemical or construction engineering

- Proficient in international quality management standards (ISO 9001)

- EPC project QA/QC experience preferred; welding and NDT background advantageous

- Familiarity with engineering quality standards and local building material requirements

- Professional quality certifications (CQI/IRCA Auditor, ASNT NDT, etc.)

- Fluency in Arabic and English required; knowledge of Chinese beneficial
