Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. This role is critical to delivering high-quality visual solutions across printing advertising signage CNC fabrication and branding. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio technical expertise in design software and hands-on experience in preparing production-ready artwork. You will play a key role in transforming client concepts into compelling print- and production-ready designs ensuring creative excellence precision and timely delivery across diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce professional visual materials including banners brochures flyers business cards stickers packaging signboards and promotional items
- Develop signage shop branding vehicle graphics exhibition displays and outdoor advertising visuals
- Prepare CNC-ready artwork and production files for cutting engraving and fabrication
- Create branding concepts mock-ups and client presentation materials for approval
- Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure designs meet print and manufacturing standards
- Ensure all artwork complies with correct dimensions color profiles printing specifications and finishing requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative quality and meeting deadlines
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design within the Printing & Advertising industry (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator CorelDRAW and other relevant graphic design software
- Proven experience in signage design branding mock-up development and CNC artwork preparation
- Solid understanding of printing processes materials and production workflows
- Strong creative vision with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth
Required Skills:
Experience: 5 years in high-growth consumer startups owning big budgets running experiments at speed and scaling apps to millions
