Job Summary

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. This role is critical to delivering high-quality visual solutions across printing advertising signage CNC fabrication and branding. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio technical expertise in design software and hands-on experience in preparing production-ready artwork. You will play a key role in transforming client concepts into compelling print- and production-ready designs ensuring creative excellence precision and timely delivery across diverse projects.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce professional visual materials including banners brochures flyers business cards stickers packaging signboards and promotional items
Develop signage shop branding vehicle graphics exhibition displays and outdoor advertising visuals
Prepare CNC-ready artwork and production files for cutting engraving and fabrication
Create branding concepts mock-ups and client presentation materials for approval
Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure designs meet print and manufacturing standards
Ensure all artwork complies with correct dimensions color profiles printing specifications and finishing requirements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative quality and meeting deadlines

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design within the Printing & Advertising industry (Mandatory)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator CorelDRAW and other relevant graphic design software
Proven experience in signage design branding mock-up development and CNC artwork preparation
Solid understanding of printing processes materials and production workflows
Strong creative vision with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth

Required Skills:

Experience: 5 years in high-growth consumer startups owning big budgets running experiments at speed and scaling apps to millions
