- Responsible for reviewing resumes, screening applicants, coordinating with interviews panel, checking references, and ensuring new employee’s paperwork is processed accurately.
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, merit increases, and tracking leaves.
- Confirm that all new hires paperwork is submitted, and personnel files are completed and compliant.
- Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies) including personnel files, consultant, recruitment, contracts, and other HR records.
- Monitors staff attendance and leaves.
- Maintain accurate timesheet records and ensure all timesheets are submitted on time with accurate approvals for WGA staff, consultants, interns and all related project beneficiaries.
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining regulations & policies.
- Assist in overseeing staff periodic performance evaluations.
- Any other duties, as assigned by the supervisor and his/her designees.
