Job Description

• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Building and setting up new dev, test, production tools and infrastructure.
• Build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
• Uses configuration management software to automatically deploy updates and fixes into the production environment
• Performs routine application maintenance to ensure the production environment runs smoothly. Develops maintenance requirements and procedures
• Measure performance and environment of application with system & application log tools
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Provide Level 2 technical support
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Job Requirements

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Min 4 years of experience in same role.
• Good command of English.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with build tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins
• Experience of containers platforms Docker, Kubernetes Experience of configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible
• Experience of scripting tools Bash or PowerShell
• Experience in Linux/Windows administration
• Experience in cloud platforms Azure, AWS or Google cloud more is a Plus
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture
• Exceptional communication skills

• Good at conflict resolution
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases.
