Responsibilities::

• Experience as an executive assistant for minimum 2 years.
• Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, files,travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
• Know how to book flights.
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and off-site.

Job Requirements

• Experience in booking flights is a must.
• Any (or no) education degree
• Perfect command of the English Language (very fluent or near native)
• Someone willing to work with different ethnicities during different time zones
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Someone highly presentable for client facing responsibilities
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
