Software Application Support Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking IT Application Support Engineers who are highly motivated, dedicated and innovative to join our engineering teamfor two sectors:

1. Job1: HRMS (Human Resources Management System) support Engineer:
   • Installation and Configuration of SparkHRMS, Application server windows IIS, Database server SQL and Oracle and system packages in a professional manner onsite or remotely.
2. Job2: Compliance Solutions (Siron AML, TCR, Filtering, KYC)
   • Installation and Configuration of Linux OS/WAS, windows Application server TomCat, Database server SQL and Oracle and system packages in a professional manner onsite or remotely.

General Job Description

• Troubleshoot and respond to system problems/requests by providing detailed resolutions to supported customers within the pre-determined time-frame of the contracted service level agreement.
• Solving urgent onsite customers’ issues.
• Effectively document cases clearly and concisely with actionable steps taken in the Ticket System following established procedures.
• Follow through with customers whose issues are not closed to Identify solutions to work around open issues / problems that are under investigation or pending resolution to the tickets assigned by a Team Lead or Manager.
• Manage own work performance to meet the goals and objectives outlined in individual performance plan.
• Participating in products testing process.
• Work effectively with other support teams and help Desk team to resolve customer issues regarding fast respond, reliability and availability.
• Perform other/additional duties and projects that may be periodically assigned.
• Provide updates of implementation progress and challenges to the team leader on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

• Application Support (Exp 3-4 Years)
• Windows O.S experience
• Linux knowledge is an advantage for Compliance Solutions support engineer
• SQL Server and Oracle RDBMS knowledge
• SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of IIS orTomCat application servers is an advantage
• Excellent command of English reading and writing
• Graduated from Computer Science / Engineering University

Training

• The selected candidates will be trained internally to install and support each system
