Overseeing general business development office operation.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing business development director calendars and schedule
.coordinating domestic and international travel ,including flight ,visas and hotel
Conduct research, company data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by business development teams.
Attend meetings in order to record minutes
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
Managing and arranging agenda for the couriers in accordance to staff requirements
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Business development director.
Preparing and printing projects submittals and tenders documents (filing).
Coordinate with business development team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
Following and finalizing equipment delivered to client and give feedback.
Communicate with van lines to ensure prompt pick –up and delivery of shipments
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email from to the client side
Work on and coordinate the logistics of supplies order (Po) and check ,LG Equipment insure delivery date to our stocks without deflect and audit on store to insure the LG without deflect and Audit on store to insure the LG without deflect and stand good manner
Check site needs with project Manager.
Prepare reports , memos , letters , and other documents , using word processing and spreadsheet regarding the office duties
Follow up on tasks with other departments or external parties and provide what’s needed according to the deadline set for it.
Archive all documentations will be needed in the future and marked as important according to the archiving system established by the department.
Cooperate with the tendering team regarding the technical and commercial offers
Prepare quarter and yearly reports to the team with total contracts for each sector , total number of projects Studies with values.

Any high Bachelor’s degree
7 + years of experience- 3 years in a relevant industry.
