Ensure proper customs clearance of all export shipment . Track vessels/trucks on a regular basis to ensure shipments are delivered to the customers as planned/promised dates . Review logistics invoice/claims and submit them to accounting on time. Control and monitoring of the records of temporary admission customs system Tracking & reporting all pipeline shipments. Clearing of shipments (LCL & FCL) from port with in the shortest possible time . Follow up transportation from port to plant. Book all required shipment for import . Review and confirm all importing documents (invoices, packing list , COO , COA , BL….). Job Requirements Bachelor degree (prefer graduate from faculty of commerce ). 2-4 years experience in global & domestic logistics . V.Good in English. Excellent Negotiation skills.
