Your Tasks as Purchasing Project Coordinator:
⢠Responsible to lead sub projects and represent the interface between purchasing, project and other functions
⢠Coordinate achievement of project goals such as BOM target costs, project milestones, maturity requirements, sourcing activities (timing, costs, quality)
⢠Coordination of all project relevant tasks within the purchasing organization incl. elimination of roadblocks and driving decisions
⢠Budget planning and tracking, revenue planning in alignment with other functions incl. tracking of validation and documentation at supplier
⢠Internal reporting of activities and KPIs and coordination of sub project status towards customer
⢠Implementation of new policies, processes and forms as and when required
⢠Numbers of Purchase Order issued and average time to complete
⢠Adherence to Procurement Policies and Procedures
⢠Achieve cost savings for the organization
⢠Satisfaction index, engagement level
⢠Assist in the design of the ERP system at the Procurement level.
Requirements
Your Profile as Purchasing Project Coordinator:
⢠Completed technical studies with good commercial knowledge or business studies with good technical knowledge or comparable training
⢠Experience of products procured and manufactured by ZF and experience of working with interdisciplinary teams
⢠Knowledge and experience in project management methods as well as cost accounting and business administration Knowledge and experience in project management methods as well as cost accounting and business administration
⢠Good communication skills and assertiveness in interdisciplinary teams as well as high analytical understanding, fast comprehension and strategic approach
⢠Fluent in written and spoken English and very good knowledge of MS Office
