Director Marketing (m/f/d)

We are looking for:

A new team member for our latest portfolio company that is single-handedly revolutionizing the global customer service experience by connecting companies with a pool of over 25,000 accomplished support agents from all over the world.

Tasks

• Manage and further build your team of marketing experts
• Lead the Marketing growth ambitions by shaping the customer acquisition strategy for multiple performance channels
• Plan, monitor and optimize performance on all KPIs along the entire customer funnel, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Search (SEA/SEO), LinkedIn, Job Boards, E-mail, Referral Marketing, etc.
• Create talent acquisition campaigns in +50 countries in +25 languages
• Identify all data-based optimisation potentials of the recruiting campaigns and strive for optimization on all levels
• Identify and develop new metrics to measure success and develop mechanisms that drive efficiency and scale

Requirements

• Relevant years of work experience in Marketing, especially in Performance Marketing
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to think strategical and data-oriented with minimal direction
• Significant experience in successfully taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
• Strong leadership skills as well as feeling comfortable getting hands dirty to get things done
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
• Fluent in German and English
