Job Summary

Key Requirements
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English both written and verbal.
  • Strong experience in retail hospitality or food service operations management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stores and operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
  • Experience in staff management recruitment and performance management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Good organisational planning and time-management skills.
  • Sound computer literacy including Google Workspace applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily store operations within the allocated region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and brand standards.
  • Manage recruitment staff scheduling training and performance appraisals.
  • Drive sales growth profitability and operational efficiency across stores.
  • Monitor budgets stock control cash handling and cost management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Conduct regular store audits operational reviews and performance meetings.
  • Manage supplier relationships and coordinate operational requirements.
  • Drive product quality hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Analyse operational reports and implement corrective actions where required.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management Hospitality Operations or related field advantageous.
  • Experience in multi-site operations or regional store management.
  • Knowledge of budgeting stock management and operational reporting.
  • Understanding of labour relations and staff management practices.
  • Food safety and hygiene knowledge advantageous.
