Job Summary

Yassir is the leading super App in the Maghreb region set to changing the way daily services are provided. A propos du poste :

Superviser structurer et optimiser la flotte de livreurs (riders) afin dassurer un niveau élevé de performance opérationnelle de satisfaction client et de rentabilité.

Responsabilités :

Gestion de la flotte :
Suivi quotidien du nombre de livreurs actifs disponibilité par zone et par créneau horaire.
Recrutement onboarding et formation des éation dune flotte solide sur lensemble des villes ( Freelance ou prestataires)
Suivi des KPI (temps de livraison taux de réalisation réclamation incidents).
Suivi de performance et qualité :
Analyse des indicateurs de performance : taux de rétention taux dactivité réclamations liées aux livreurs temps de réponse.
Déploiement dactions correctives en cas de sous-performance.
Support opérationnel :
Coordination avec les équipes sales service client et dispatch .
Gestion des incidents et litiges liés aux livreurs.
Mise en œuvre dinitiatives pour améliorer lexpérience rider.
Planification et prévision :
Construction des prévisions de besoin en livreurs par zone.

Profil recherché :

Formation : Bac 3/5 en logistique supply chain gestion ou équivalent.
Expérience : 2 à 4 ans dans un poste similaire idéalement dans le secteur de la livraison à la demande.

Compétences clés :

Leadership et capacité à manager des équipes terrain.
Solides compétences en analyse de données opérationnelles.
Maîtrise des outils Excel / Google Sheets outils de dispatch CRM.
Sens de lorganisation rigueur autonomie.
Forte orientation résultats et terrain.
