About 95% of our revenues come from repeat customers. All glass bottles supplied by Ajanta Bottle are manufactured in Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 certified plants. Further, we ensure all bottles and jars do not contain lead and other heavy metals. For this, the bottles are tested regularly by renowned third-party external labs. All glass bottles are tested for United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Type II and Type III as per customer’s requirement. Transparency, traceability and safety are our key focus areas. All our glass bottles and glass jars have the manufacturer's symbol, plant location, and mould number embossed to ensure complete traceability of the glass product. An assured quality level (AQL) document is shared with the customer to ensure complete transparency on the quality and consistency of glass bottles and jars.
