Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Construction Manager to oversee construction projects remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management excellent communication skills and proficiency in digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Coordinate with on-site teams contractors and stakeholders remotely
- Develop and implement project plans schedules and budgets
- Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Utilize digital tools such as project management software BIM and virtual reality to enhance project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
- 3 years experience in construction management preferably in a virtual or remote setting
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Certification in construction management such as CCM or CPCM
