You lead the kitchen for a new opening and bring the culinary concept to life. French Mediterranean cuisine is the foundation light seasonal and ingredient-led.

What the role covers

• Lead the daily kitchen operation and own the standards set by the brand executive chef
• Build lead and develop a brigade of around thirty
• Manage food cost portion control and waste with rigour
• Own supplier relationships purchasing and stock levels
• Hold quality and hygiene standards without exception

What were looking for

• Proven Head Chef experience ideally including a pre-opening
• A French or Mediterranean cooking foundation
• A leader who develops junior chefs rather than only directing them
• Fluent English; another European language is an asset
