Job Summary
AC Technician
Install maintain and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns.
Replace or repair defective parts such as compressors motors and thermostats.
Test electrical circuits and components for safety and efficiency.
Clean and inspect air filters coils and other components to maintain air quality.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
Coordinate with other technicians and departments to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience in a hotel resort or large commercial environment.
- Technical certification (ITI/HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering) preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Previous Maldives resort experience is an advantage.
- Professional communication teamwork and commitment to guest satisfaction
