Established in Kuwait in 2004 we have rapidly expanded to become a leading player in the region. Today we proudly facilitate the delivery of hundreds of millions of orders annually ranging from food to groceries and other essential products across countries with a dedicated team of 3K employees.
Our vast network includes partnerships with more than 27K brands and nearly 50K branches. Notably our innovative Quick Commerce platform talabat Mart (tMart) revolutionizes grocery delivery ensuring essentials reach our customers within just 30 minutes.

Role Summary
Focus on growing our own Dark Store tMart which is the regions first dark store concept offering 20 -30 minute delivery of groceries.
Whats On Your Plate
- Setting overall Commercial and Operations strategy (mission format positioning) and identifying new market opportunities setting targets for revenue and growth and formulating business strategies with platform
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth such as partnerships collaborations and he/she is responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Working closely with the marketing and growth team to develop strategies for acquiring and retaining customers. This may involve setting marketing campaigns analyzing customer clusters and optimizing marketing planning
- Accountable to enhance customer experience in alignment with logistics and Customer experience functions by evaluating the service quality and customer satisfaction
- Accountable for the company PnL and managing budgets planning monitoring expenses and ensuring that financial targets are met. Also he/she will work closely with the finance team to prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Accountable for day-to-day operations by implementing efficient processes and procedures. He/she will be involved in optimizing workflows improving productivity and resolving operational issues.
- Working closely with the product development team to define product roadmaps prioritize features and ensure that products are meeting customer needs and market demands.
- Identifying potential risks to the business and developing strategies to mitigate them. Also assessing market risks regulatory risks or operational risks that could impact the companys success
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
- You have at least 10 years of experience in progressively responsible roles in consumer retail or CPG. Alternatively you might have worked in a consulting capacity in this industry and are looking forward to an operator role.
- You have built teams and led cross-functional projects at scale
- Experience working within logistics real estate is also advantageous
- You are very detail-oriented structured and know how to prioritize - you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved
- You are willing to do anything necessary for the project to succeed including working on the warehouse floor when you are short staffed to make a customer delivery or to take customer calls. No job is too insignificant no detail is too small for you.
- You are able to interact with senior-level executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders
- You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job
- You have excellent analytical and communication skills and always like to be hands-on with several tools
- Additionally you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills. You can inspire several teams and stakeholders to rally behind a mission
- You have good connections within the CPG industry and authorities
