Role Overview
We are seeking a Freelance Social Media & Marketing Specialist to lead the planning coordination and oversight of NVs social media activities.
The role is strategic-light and execution-focused with responsibility for setting direction ensuring quality and publishing content. The freelancer will be supported by a social media intern for day-to-day execution and will collaborate with a graphic designer for visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a practical social media and marketing strategy aligned with NVs brand goals and target audiences
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and growth
- Plan weekly/monthly content calendars across NV platforms
- Brief and coordinate with the graphic designer for visuals (posts stories carousels..)
- Oversee NVs presence on platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram Facebook X/Twitter and others as relevant
- Work closely with NV team members to align social media with ongoing activities and campaigns
- Coordinate tasks and priorities with the social media and marketing intern
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 35 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Instagram Facebook whatsapp and social media management tools.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone across platforms.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage content calendars.
- Basic analytics and KPI tracking experience.
- Experience supporting or promoting online / Zoom events (event announcements live posting post-event content) is a plus.
- Self-motivated proactive and comfortable working independently and with interns/designers.
