Our client a leading international manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Controlling Manager to support the financial performance operational efficiency and strategic growth of its Moroccan industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost controlling budgeting and performance monitoring within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly closing cost controlling and performance reporting for the plant(s)
- Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles to align with business objectives
- Analyze cost variances margins and production performance; recommend improvement actions
- Maintain accurate product costing BOMs and inventory control processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls financial policies and audit standards
- Provide actionable financial insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Report directly to the CFO to ensure transparency alignment and financial governance
Requirements
- 5-10 years experience in controlling / financial analysis
- Strong cost controlling data accuracy and reporting skills
- Exposure to manufacturing environment
- High accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and deliverables
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and French
- MNC background preferred
