About the Role: General Manager KSA
What Youll Do: Launch and Scale KSA Operations to Category Leadership
What You Must Bring:
Previous SaaS or AI founder backed by notable VCs or YC
Experience launching B2B products within new regions ideally in the Middle East.
Prior hands-on P&L ownership with strong financial discipline.
Understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.
English fluency required; Arabic strongly preferred.
First-Month Focus
Establish relationships with Saudi government bodies regulators and leading healthcare providers.
Define a Saudi-specific growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
Hire and onboard the first local team members needed to build foundational operations.
90 Day OKRs
Launch Saudi operations with first signed customer contracts.
Secure 35 strategic partnerships with hospitals clinics or regulators.
Build a high-performing local team and an operational playbook ready for scale.
