The role includes managing schedules supervising beauty professionals maintaining inventory and driving business growth.
Manage all salon operations including staff scheduling customer service inventory and cleanliness.
Supervise and motivate a team of stylists beauticians and front-desk staff.
Ensure the highest standards of service quality hygiene and client satisfaction.
Monitor and manage daily sales appointments and customer flow.
Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback professionally.
Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
Maintain salon supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
Track financial performance and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Diploma or certification in Cosmetology Beauty Therapy or Salon Management.
3 years of experience in the beauty industry with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of salon software for bookings billing and inventory (e.g. Fresha Salon Iris).
Passionate about beauty customer service and team development.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and resolve issues quickly.
Presentable professional and client-focused demeanor.
Flexibility to work weekends holidays and peak hours.
Salon-based environment.
May involve standing for extended periods.
Must be comfortable working around beauty products chemicals and equipment.
