Programme Structure
Business Rotations (Sept 2025 Aug 2026)
Spend 11.5 months rotating across high-impact teams.
Youll gain broad exposure to Mercers diverse consulting practices building critical skills through real client work internal projects and mentoring.
High performers may be offered full-time positions at Mercer upon graduation.

Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
